We meet Man, or at least his enigmatic persona, in two self-portraits in thinly painted translucent layers: 2012’s “Untitled (Portrait with Skull)”, where he looks out glacially, one eye covered by a skill, and 2025’s “Umbrae Vitae” (shadow of life), chin resting of skeletal fingers, cold bloodshot eyes, his shining otherworldly face enlosed inside the skull of a woman outlined in profile.  Learn more at the Financial Times. Read the full article here.
