Huma Bhabha Solo Exhibition at Cc Art Foundation

Huma Bhabha is the subject of her first solo exhibition in China at the Cc Art Foundation, Shanghai. Curated by Danielle Shang, the exhibition brings together 6 sculptures, two painted photographs, and 18 prints.

For over three decades, Bhabha has forged a singular figurative language that bridges art history and urgent contemporary issues. Her humanoid sculptures—crafted from cork, styrofoam, bone, and found objects—collapse time, evoking ancient forms while gesturing toward uncertain futures.
