Kochgeschirr Schuhwaren is the sixth in a series of exhibitions that isolate a feature of Christopher Williams’s production, including an arrangement of vitrines (Kabinett für Aktuelle Kunst, Bremerhaven), an arrangement of walls (Haubrok Foundation, Berlin), and photographs (The Perimeter, London). This exhibition at Ca’Buccari functions as an advertisement for the premiere of Pedagogical Prop, a 45 RPM 12” vinyl record single. The exhibition is curated by Fredi Fischli and Niels Olsen, a collaboration between Ca’Buccari and gta exhibitions, ETH Zurich.
