Amy Sillman Included in the Louisiana Museum New Acquisitions Exhibition

Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Humlebæk, Denmark

December 2, 2025–April 6, 2026

Work by Amy Sillman is included in the exhibition Louisiana’s New Works, a presentation of more than 130 works by some 80 artists–half of whom are new to the collection. The presentation spans painting, photography, sculpture, video works and installations, dating from 1945 to the present. On these new acquisitions, Louisiana Museum of Modern Art director Poul Erik Tøjner states: “The possibility of adding new works is crucial because it provides material for new and different stories and for surprising encounters, supports the dynamic development of the collection and contributes to future-proofing Louisiana as an up-to-date museum of international class.”
