Lucas Arruda Book Signing During Art Basel

On Thursday, June 16, from 4–6 PM, join Lucas Arruda at the Fondation Beyeler to celebrate Deserto-Modelo, the first comprehensive monograph on the artist’s work. Located in Basel, the event is open to the public and will take place in the Fondation’s park.

Deserto-Modelo was published on the occasion of Arruda’s solo exhibition at the Fridericianum in Kassel, 2019. The collection of the Fondation Beyeler includes eleven works from the Deserto-Modelo series (2015), three of which are on view in the current collection exhibition Passages – Landscape, Figure and Abstraction.
