A show conceived as “a tonic for the mind, body, and soul”

October 5, 2021

Ahead of its fair in London, Frieze Sculpture opened to the public in Regent’s Park on September 14, featuring Pineapple (2020) by Rose Wylie.

Curated by Clare Lilley, the exhibition brings together the work of eighteen artists, including Isamu Noguchi, Solange Pessoa, Anthony Caro, and the Johannesburg architectural studio Counterspace.

“As we learn to live with the pandemic and emerge into public spaces, Frieze Sculpture 2021 allows people to come together in safety and with pleasure and is a tonic for the mind, body, and soul,” Lilley wrote.

The exhibition is on view at the English Gardens in Regent’s Park, London, through October 31.
