When and where is the next Yayoi Kusama show at David Zwirner New York?
We will be presenting a solo exhibition of Kusama’s work at our 20th Street gallery, in Chelsea, Manhattan: 537 West 20th Street (between 10th & 11th Avenues).

The scheduled dates are Saturday, November 9 through Saturday, December 14, 2019.
Gallery opening hours are Tuesday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM
The gallery will be closed on Thursday, November 28, for Thanksgiving, but open with regular hours Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday of that week.

Can I purchase tickets in advance?
The exhibition is free of charge and open to the public. No tickets are required—the exhibition is first come, first entry.

Are there time slots to see the exhibition? How can I skip the line?
There are no scheduled time slots to see the exhibition. As we are a gallery, free and open to the public, the show is first come, first entry.

What is in the show?
The exhibition will feature new paintings, new sculptures, an immersive installation, and a new Infinity Mirrored Room.

Will the Infinity Mirrored Room be timed?
Yes, due to the many visitors we will welcome into the gallery, each person’s time inside the Infinity Mirrored Room will be limited to allow for a large number of visitors to engage with the work.

Will there be long lines to get in?
We anticipate wait times of more than 2 hours to enter into the exhibition. Daily updates will be shared on our social media channels.
If capacity allows, those wishing to see the paintings and sculpture by Kusama installed on the first and second floors can simply enter the gallery without waiting.

What’s the best time to come?
It’s impossible to guarantee, but for the Kusama show in 2017, the shortest wait times were often early weekday mornings.

Can I bring a group to see the exhibition?
Due to limited capacity and time constraints for this exhibition, we are unable to accommodate group visits or public tours during the duration of the show. The gallery will host school groups on Mondays, when it is otherwise closed to the public. Please note that we are now at capacity for school group visits.

Is photography allowed in the exhibition?
Flash photography, video cameras, tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited. Visitors may take photographs without flash.

Is the exhibition child-friendly?
Yes, the exhibition is appropriate for all ages. Please be advised that the line is long and waiting times are significant.

Is the exhibition wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the exhibition is wheelchair accessible, including the Infinity Mirrored Room.

Are there any public bathrooms?
There are no public bathroom facilities at the gallery.
