The works feature repeating faces in biomorphic shapes, a motif that draws from one of Kusama’s most celebrated and iconic series, My Eternal Soul (begun in 2009). 

The repetition of forms (eyes, noses, and mouths) and the repetitive process of printmaking itself reflect the obsession that has long been central to the artist’s work.
