And support independent booksellers

We love our independent bookstores. They share their knowledge and offer titles you might not otherwise find. They are essential to culture and community, but like many independent shops and restaurants during the pandemic, they are calling for our help. While more people are buying books in the current moment, many have taken their business to large online retailers.

So this holiday season, we are off to our local bookstores for gifts—be it through their online platforms or in a socially distanced queue. To help you find the one closest to you, here are a few of our favorites to support.
